Orange Chicken - Recipe

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 carrot sliced lengthwise
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 4-5 yukon gold or red potatoes quartered
- Fedoras Blood Orange Vinaigrette
Directions
- Clean chicken and cut off excess fat.
- Marinade the protein for 2 or more hours
- Sous Vide the chicken
- Cut up carrots, toss carrots and asparagus in Fedoras
- Vinaigrette, and bake for 30 minutes
- Take veggies out of the oven, add cooked chicken
- Bake 5 -7 minutes to desired browning.
